IMRT Treatment Planning: Assignment 1

 

This case will be an abdominal tumor. Because of previous Radiation, the MD has given us OAR limitations that will require IMRT Treatment planning.

Plan Directives;    Dose: 50 GY (2Gy X 25fx)
                                    95% of PTV Receives 100% of Rx
                                    Nothing receives > 110% of Rx dose (if possible)
                                    Spinal Cord: .1cc < 25GY
                                    Rt Kidney: Mean Dose < 18 Gy
                                    Lt Kidney: Mean Dose < 18 Gy
                                    Lungs:          V5 < 50%
                                                         V20 < 15%
