IMRT Treatment Planning
Take a look at the DVH before Optimization. Under the Volumes section, highlight the volumes that we will be using in this case. Make sure that all other volumes are not highlighted so the DVH will be less confusing. As we review the DVH we can see where it falls short of our Assignment directives. 95% of the PTV is not receiving 100% of the total dose; the spinal cord id receiving more than 25Gy; the kidneys are receiving more than 18Gy; and the V5 and V20 are slightly high.
