In order to make the plan more homogeneous, one should add the following wedges:

a) mediolateral (ML) – wedge thick end anterior; lateromedial (LM) – wedge thick end posterior –
b) ML – wedge thick end posterior; LM – wedge thick end anterior
c) ML – wedge thick end anterior; LM – wedge thick end anterior
d) ML – wedge thick end posterior; LM – wedge thick end posterior
e) ML – no wedge; LM – wedge thick end posterior
