IMRT Treatment Planning
Click on the “Lungs” tab in the volumes window. This will isolate the lungs DVH and you will see a “User DVH bar.” Right-clicking your mouse will add points to the bar, and shift-right-click will delete them. Add two point to represent your goals of V5 < 50% & V20 < 15%. NOTE: in an optimizer, it is often wise to ask for slightly more than you want, as the optimizer will not always give you as much as you ask for. Experimentation and experience will give you a better feel for this.
