Next we see that there is no dose above 5500; therefore, nothing receives > 110% of the prescribed dose. To see the absolute Hot Spot, we can refer to the “3d max” dose total in the treatment plan.

Plan Directives;    Dose: 50 GY (2Gy X 25fx)

                                    95% of PTV Receives 100% of Rx

                                    Nothing receives > 110% of Rx dose (if possible)

                                    Spinal Cord: .1cc < 25GY
                                    Rt Kidney: Max Point Dose < 18 Gy
                                    Lt Kidney: Max Point Dose < 18 Gy
                                    Lungs:          V5 < 50%
                                                         V20 < 15%
