Now take a look at two DVHs. The 4-field equally weighted is on the left side. The 4-field with the lightly weighted laterals (25%) is on the right side.
You see that the GTV has similar coverage. The cord is higher in the second case, but still within tolerance. The liver DVH is significantly less in the plan that has lightly weighted laterals (second DVH).
